    SMS Compliance Policy

    1. Purpose

    The purpose of this SMS Compliance Policy is to establish guidelines and procedures for sending Short Message Service (SMS) messages to customers, clients, and prospects. The policy ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and other relevant local or international regulations.


    2. Scope

    This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and third-party service providers who send SMS messages on behalf of Moving of America. It covers promotional, transactional, and informational messages sent via SMS.


    3. Consent

    1. Opt-In Requirement:

      • SMS messages may only be sent to recipients who have provided explicit consent.

      • Consent must be clear, documented, and obtained prior to sending any marketing or promotional messages.

    2. Methods of Consent:

      • Messages sent outside this timeframe require explicit consent.
