    This policy outlines how Moving of America uses SMS communications while ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Our goal is to respect consumer privacy, provide transparency, and maintain clear consent and opt-out options for all text message recipients.

    2. Compliance Guidelines

     a. Consent and Opt-In Requirements

    Express Written Consent: Recipients must provide express written consent before receiving SMS messages. This applies to promotional, marketing, and informational texts.
    Double Opt-In Process: Moving of America uses a double opt-in system for added transparency and to confirm consent.
    No Cold Messaging: We do not send unsolicited text messages to individuals who have not opted in.

    Before opting in, consumers will receive clear disclosures about:

    The purpose of the messages (e.g., appointment updates, promotional offers).

    4. Timing and Frequency

    SMS messages are only sent during business hours (8 AM – 9 PM local time) to avoid disturbance.
    Promotional messages are limited to once per week unless otherwise agreed by the recipient.
